The Charlotte B Corp Collective is committed to making our website accessible and inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities. Accessibility is core to who we are: a community of purpose-driven businesses that believes everyone deserves equal access and participation.

We are partially conformant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of our site do not yet fully meet the standard. We conduct periodic audits using tools such as WAVE, Axe, and Lighthouse, and we remediate issues on an ongoing basis.

What We Offer

We use OneTap accessibility toolbar to provide features including adjustable text size, contrast settings, link highlighting, and full keyboard navigation. (Keyboard shortcut: Alt + . on Windows; ⌘ + . on Mac)

Limitations

While we work toward full accessibility, some content may have limitations due to technical constraints or third-party services (such as event registration via Ticket Tailor). We’re always working to improve.
