Bringing Purpose-Driven Leaders Together

Reflecting on 2025: our community reminded us of what is possible when business is driven by shared values. We didn’t just grow our reach, we deepened our roots, rallying new voices and moving the needle for climate action, circularity, and responsible growth across North Carolina.

Our work was shaped by meaningful gatherings, collaboration in action, and a growing community defined by presence and purpose.

February: Show and Tell at Rally Pickleball, led by Shannon Bone | Recap

Other Community Impact Highlights

• Submitted two case studies to B Lab

• Engaged over 100 sustainability leaders throughout the year

• Grew our LinkedIn community by 290%

• Participated in NC Climate Week and NC BREATHE Conference

• Streamlined our event operations for a better member experience

• Launched three community surveys to shape member-first programming

• Exceeded industry benchmarks for email engagement (thanks to all of you!)

• Supported local woman-owned IQ Bookkeeping on their path to B Corp Certification through the NC State B Corp Clinic

• We welcomed Charlotte’s newest Certified B Corp, Obsidian Econometrics

• Launched this shiny and sustainable new website (with huge thanks to Mindful & Good)

We are filled with gratitude for everyone who contributed, showed up, and engaged with a better way of doing business. Thanks to everyone who was part of making our 2025 great, and we’re carrying this momentum into 2026.
